Refund policy

Don't worry, we are taking returns!

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your product(s) to request a return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact or e-mail us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the product(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original and a saleable condition with product sticker intact packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return process

  • Step 1: To start a return, you can contact us at hello@indiahandicraftz.com. We don't have any Reverse Pick Up Policy. So, you need to return back the product(s) to our mentioned address.
  • Step 2: You’ll also need the send a proof of dispatch or courier. So, we can track them properly.
  • Final Step: Once your product(s) is received, we will send you a confirmation email on receive the product(s). We will send another email to confirm the final refund amount after checking the product(s) thoroughly in next 3-5 business days. 

Non-refundable fees

We are charging a minimal fee at the time of product(s) return. Here’s what you need to bear for return process:

  • Courier cost
  • GST

That's all, nothing else.

Exchanges
Sure, you can exchange your product(s) immediately with new order(s). For this, you need to do the following:

  • Step 1: You need to inform us immediately on the exchange through email or WhatsApp.
  • Step 2: Place your new order(s).
  • Step 3: Courier your existing product(s) what you received recently with no damage to our mentioned address immediately.
  • Step 4: After receiving your product(s), we will check them thoroughly and get back to you with the final refund amount.
  • Final Step: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive the amount within 10 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
